ASEAN Club Championship Shopee Cup™ participants Johor Darul Ta’zim FC underlined their domestic dominance by advancing to the semi-finals of the Piala Malaysia with an emphatic 8–1 aggregate victory over Melaka FC.
 
Holding a commanding 5–0 advantage from the first leg, JDT completed the job with a 3–1 win away from home.
 
La’Vere Corbin-Ong handed the visitors an early lead in the seventh minute before Jairo da Silva doubled the advantage in the 31st.
 
João Figueiredo added a third in the 56th minute to effectively put the tie beyond doubt, with Ahmed Shamsaldin scoring a stoppage-time consolation for Melaka.
 
In Thailand’s FA Cup, Buriram United FC continued their strong run with a resounding 6–0 quarter-final victory over Khon Kaen United.
 
Robert Žulj scored a hat-trick and Emmanuel Toku netted twice with Nathakorn Rattanasuwan also on target as Buriram United marched into the semi-finals.
 
Bangkok United FC, however, were eliminated after a 2–1 defeat to Lamphun Warrior following extra time.
 
Rivaldinho opened the scoring in the 29th minute, but Anan Yodsangwal levelled in the 43rd before Peniel Mlapa netted the decisive goal in the 102nd minute to end Bangkok United’s hopes.
 
In Vietnam’s V.League 1, Công An Hà Nội FC retained top spot with a 3–1 victory over Đông Á Thanh Hóa FC.
 
Alan Grafite equalised in the 56th minute before converting from the penalty spot in the 80th, while Đoàn Văn Hậu also found the net as the league leaders moved to 32 points from 12 matches.
 
Elsewhere in Vietnam, Viettel FC strengthened their top-three position with a 1–0 win over Nam Định FC, courtesy of a 68th-minute strike from Quốc Nhật Nam Lê.
 
In the Myanmar National League, Shan United FC kept pace in the title race with a commanding 6–1 victory over Ispe FC.
 
Sa Aung Pyae Ko struck twice, Htet Soe Lin added a brace, while Hein Soe Thet and Mark Sekyi were also on target.
 
Kaung Khant Kyaw netted a 71st-minute consolation for Ispe as Shan United remained second, five points behind leaders Yangon United FC with two games in hand.
 
In Cambodia’s Hun Sen Cup quarter-finals, Kirivong Sok Sen Chey secured a 2–1 victory over PKR Svay Rieng FC.
 
Louis Ndongo scored in the sixth and 46th minutes, with Tiago Alves equalising in the 30th, as Kirivong progressed in the national cup competition.
