ASEAN Club Championship Shopee Cup™ title holders Buriram United FC will face either Shabab Al-Ahli from the United Arab Emirates or Tractor FC from Iran in the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League Elite next month in Jeddah.
Buriram United will be making their second consecutive appearance in the last eight of the continental championship having also advanced again to the semi-finals of the Shopee Cup™.
Fellow Shopee Cup™ participants Johor Darul Ta’zim FC from Malaysia have also progressed to the quarter-finals and will meet either defending champions Al-Ahli from Saudi Arabia or Qatar’s Al-Duhail.
The quarter-final ties will be played from April 16 to 18 with the semi-finals on April 20 and 21. The final will be held at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium on April 26.
